Mint Hill Monthly – October 2026

Hello from Mint Hill, North Carolina,

Fall is here, and for my family, that means Eagles football games and cooler weather to hopefully dial in our golf swings. With year-end approaching, it’s also a good time to revisit your financial plan and consider any remaining opportunities for tax planning, charitable giving, or retirement contributions before the calendar turns.

Speaking of tax planning, we are pleased to announce that Mint Hill Tax Services has officially launched! For those who have already uploaded tax returns for a complimentary review, you can expect to hear from our team over the coming weeks to schedule a meeting with Landon. If you haven’t yet requested a review but are interested in learning more about our tax services, please let us know and we’ll follow up with additional information.

This month’s collection of articles covers a variety of topics, including shifting trends in household wealth, encouraging economic data, and creative ways families are navigating higher mortgage rates while minimizing taxes. We’ve also included an interesting perspective on the impact of artificial intelligence on careers and a look at ongoing trade disputes.

As always, we appreciate the trust you place in Mint Hill Wealth. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions about your financial plan, investment portfolio, or any of the topics covered in this month’s articles.

Thank you for your continued confidence in Mint Hill Wealth.

Jake Stevenson
